However, I sent in an inquiry and within 15 mins, was on the phone with Andrew and he answered all my questions and made me comfortable with the $5k purchase. I don't normally post reviews but this has been one of the best buying experiences I've had. Andrew reached out to me shortly after placing the order and he stayed in contact anytime he got an update on my order. The product is great, I have had it up for about a week now and it just looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. The wood is high quality as well. Overall one of the best buying experiences I have had!

Working with Andrew at The Home Feel was a pleasure. We purchased the 12 x 16 Yardistry Gazebo from The Home Feel. Andrew was a a great communicator and provided excellent customer service. He kept us informed on every step of the ordering process and delivery. We experienced an issue with the installer and Andrew went above and beyond being the liaison between myself and the installer. His assistance was greatly appreciated and not sure if any other vendor would have gone to the lengths to get issue resolve as much as Andrew did.
