What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery or upon arrival of the product. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@thehomefeel.com and we will begin the process for an immediate parts replacement through the manufacturer. Please notify The Home Feel about the damages upon the receiving of the item.
