We had such a great experience with Andrew from the Home Feel! Even though our gazebo was delayed from the manufacturer, Andrew kept us updated on the order status well beyond any other company I've dealt with.

The gazebo itself is very sturdy. It is definitely a (mostly) 2 person assembly job done over a solid day or two. The end result is well worth it though if you're at all handy with regular tools. If not, just get a helper with some experience and you should be good!

I purchased the Carolina Pavilion by Yardistry from The Home Feel. I was initially skeptical simply because the price was so much better than the competition and there was no additional shipping charge. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the too good to be true saying did not apply here. It was easy to get Andrew on the phone for any questions or concerns I had and he responded to emails immediately. He was involved the entire way thru the process, even checking up to check the status of the delivery on the scheduled delivery day. You can’t beat this company. Their items are priced extremely aggressively and their customer service is second to none. If they have what you need, don’t bother going anywhere else. I look forward to future business with this company.

My order was delayed, but the customer service was outstanding. Communications on the delayed delivery were regular and informative. When the gazebo was delivered, I was surprised by the quality of the materials. First class cedar, sanded to a perfectly smooth finish. Every hole and cut lined up perfectly. All of the necessary hardware was provided and labeled correctly. Instructions were clear and easily understood. So obviously made with pride and integrity. I will make every effort to promote this company and product.

The Gazebo is amazing. What’s even better is the customer service was top notch. Kept me informed of shipping delay with regular contact and ensured I was informed of delivery. Great product from a great company.
