Working with Andrew at The Home Feel was a pleasure. We purchased the 12 x 16 Yardistry Gazebo from The Home Feel. Andrew was a a great communicator and provided excellent customer service. He kept us informed on every step of the ordering process and delivery. We experienced an issue with the installer and Andrew went above and beyond being the liaison between myself and the installer. His assistance was greatly appreciated and not sure if any other vendor would have gone to the lengths to get issue resolve as much as Andrew did. Great Company-Great Product!

We really wanted to purchase the 12 x 16 Yardistry Gazebo but it was out of stock. The transport issue and lumber shortage made acquiring any size Yardistry gazebo from any distributor a challenge… once in stock, decisions needed to be made quickly or what became available would be gone in a day so we settled for the 11 x 13 instead.
Andrew, the owner, knew our situation and was exceptionally helpful. Prior to the 11 x 13 shipping, he located and was able to arrange for us to get the 12’x16’ gazebo. We paid the difference, it arrived a week ago and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Andrew – we couldn’t ask for a better customer service!
